Alumni Spotlight: Rashawn Davis – University High School
Over the next month, we will be posting video testimonials from our Alumni about their experience with the Newark Debate Academy.
Our first testimonial comes from Rashawn Davis. Rashawn graduated from University High School in 2010, where he was salutatorian. He then went on to major in Government and Peace Studies from Georgetown University. In 2014, Rashawn became the youngest person in the history of Newark to appear on a municipal ballot. He is currently working with the American Civil Liberties Union in New York.
